1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any mobile application, web application, or service operated by Relai, Inc. ("Relai," "Company," "we," or "us") (collectively referred to as the “Applications”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Applications immediately.

2. Use of Relai Services and Compartments The Applications enable users to interact with Relai-operated or Relai-connected infrastructure, including but not limited to secure compartments, storage systems, kiosks, and other physical or digital access points (“Compartments”) for temporary storage, exchange, delivery, or retrieval of items. Users must comply with all applicable laws and follow posted instructions when interacting with these services or Compartments.

3. Prohibited Uses and Items Users are strictly prohibited from using the Applications or Compartments to store, exchange, transport, or interact with the following:

• Perishable items (e.g., food, beverages) unless expressly permitted;

• Any illegal substances or contraband under local, state, or federal law;

• Hazardous materials including flammable, toxic, or radioactive substances;

• Weapons, explosives, or any device capable of causing harm;

• Live animals, insects, or biological specimens;

• Any object that may damage property, interfere with operation, or pose a safety risk;

• Items intended for misuse, fraud, or criminal activity.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and Relai reserves the right to report violations to appropriate authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relai, Inc., including its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, disclaims any and all liability for loss, damage, theft, or destruction of items placed in or retrieved from Compartments. You agree that you use Relai services and infrastructure at your own risk. Relai will not be liable for:

• Any loss resulting from misuse, delay, or malfunction of the Applications or Compartments;

• Unauthorized access or use of your items or account;

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond Relai’s control.

5. User Responsibilities You agree to:

• Use all Applications and Compartments only for lawful, intended purposes;

• Abide by time limits, fees, and operational policies as specified in the Applications;

• Ensure any items involved comply with these Terms;

• Avoid interfering with or damaging Compartments or related infrastructure;

• Promptly report technical issues, unauthorized access, or misuse.

Failure to comply may result in loss of access, liability for damages, and further legal action.

6. Account Termination and Access Restrictions Relai, Inc. may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any or all Applications at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful behavior, or interference with Relai operations.

7. Changes to Terms Relai, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted through the Application or Relai website. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or other applicable U.S. jurisdiction where Relai, Inc. is incorporated), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
