By accessing, using, or interacting with any Relai, Inc. ("Relai") service—whether through our mobile or web-based Applications, or in person at a Relai Exchange Zone—you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.

Digital and Physical Use Acknowledgement Your use of Relai’s services, including any interaction with our software platforms, digital infrastructure, or physical Exchange Zone Compartments, is entirely at your own risk. While Relai endeavors to provide reliable, secure, and user-friendly services, we make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of our platforms or physical systems.

Assumption of Risk When storing, exchanging, retrieving, or interacting with items through a Relai Exchange Zone—whether accessed via mobile device, web browser, or in-person—you acknowledge that Relai is not responsible for the condition, legality, or safety of any items involved. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and for verifying the appropriateness of any exchanged or stored items.

No Liability for Loss or Damage Relai shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or injury resulting from use of the Application or Exchange Zones. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from equipment failure, third-party misconduct, user negligence, software bugs, or unforeseeable technical interruptions. You agree that you assume full responsibility for your interactions with the platform and any resulting consequences.

User Conduct and Responsibility You agree to use Relai services and Exchange Zones responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable policies, terms, and guidelines. Any misuse—including but not limited to the placement of prohibited items, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass system controls—may result in suspension of access, legal action, or other consequences as determined by Relai at its sole discretion.

Health, Safety, and Environment Users must exercise caution when operating Relai Exchange Zones in person. Relai is not responsible for physical harm or injury resulting from user actions, environmental conditions, or improper use of the compartments. Always follow in-app guidance and on-site instructions to ensure safe interaction.

No Guarantee of Outcomes Relai does not guarantee specific results from the use of its platform or physical infrastructure. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice.
